50 Penn is an impressive mixed-use project spanning 211,000 square feet with 8 floors and 218 units. It caters to the residents of Cypress Hills and neighboring areas, providing top-notch, sustainable, and affordable housing choices, along with a range of healthy food options.

The project's sustainability features include green roofs, rooftop photovoltaic panels, and a well-insulated exterior wall system, all aimed at optimizing energy efficiency. Surrounding the building, beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces promote the well-being and health of its residents. On the ground floor, three commercial spaces house businesses, among them a health food grocery store developed under the FRESH program, ensuring easy access to nutritious and fresh food for underserved communities.

Throughout its construction, INTUS Supera double-pane fixed and casement windows were thoughtfully incorporated into the design.
