85 Boston Street is a mid-rise multi-family development located at 111 Boston St, Everett, MA, completed in 2023. Designed with a focus on energy efficiency and occupant comfort, the building features INTUS double-glazed windows with premium low-E coatings.
The window systems utilize 22mm and 24mm tempered and annealed glass, installed using aluminum L-angles and flanges.
