Banner Lane (Sursum Corda Phase 1)

The Sursum Corda redevelopment is an exciting residential community situated at the intersection of Shaw, Mount Vernon, and NoMa in Washington, D.C. Currently, the complex comprises two buildings, both of which have achieved LEED Silver certification and are adorned with INTUS Supera steel-reinforced double-pane polymer fixed and casement windows, as well as elegant hinged doors.

The Sursum Corda South Parcel encompasses a nine-story South West Building featuring 216 thoughtfully designed units, while the adjacent ten-story South East Building houses 345 beautifully appointed residences. These buildings boast spacious floor plans and offer an array of modern amenities.

Upon completion, the multi-phase project will bring forth a total of 1,100 residences across four buildings, including 199 units dedicated to affordable housing, alongside up to 19,000 square feet of enticing retail space.
