The Bayside DoubleTree Hotel Expansion, located at 240 Mt Vernon St in Boston, MA, is a LEED Silver-certified hospitality project focused on enhancing guest experience and sustainable building performance. This mid-rise expansion added 104 new guest rooms to the existing 197-room facility and introduced modern amenities, including a 3,200 sq ft divisible ballroom, a 1,100 sq ft junior ballroom, multiple meeting rooms, and a 3,000 sq ft restaurant and bar.

The renovation also features a new coffee bar with lounge seating overlooking a south-facing courtyard, creating a comfortable, energy-efficient space for guests. This thoughtfully designed expansion supports the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.
