Beach Green Dunes II is a multi-family, affordable Passive House project located at 45-19 Rockaway Beach Blvd in Queens, NY. Completed in 2019, the building is PHIUS Certified, reflecting a focus on high energy efficiency and sustainable design.
As part of INTUS Windows' One Window One Tree initiative, 317 trees were planted in connection with this project.
