Outfitted with INTUS 22mm double-glazed annealed and tempered windows, the project achieves excellent thermal performance (U-value 0.26) and effective solar control (SHGC 0.12).
Installed using mounting brackets and aluminum flanges, the high-performance windows deliver outstanding air tightness (0.1 cfm/ft²), water resistance (10.03 psf), and acoustic insulation (STC 32 / OITC 26)—contributing to a quiet, sustainable, and high-quality living environment for seniors.
