Clifton Place - Phase 1
Clifton Place – Phase 1, located at 266 Rindge Avenue in Cambridge, MA, is a mid-rise affordable housing development designed to meet Passive House standards. The project is part of the revitalization of Jefferson Park Federal, aiming to provide energy-efficient and sustainable housing solutions.
The building is equipped with high-performance INTUS triple-glazed windows, featuring 48mm glazing thickness. These windows are installed using mounting brackets, aluminum L-angles, and aluminum flanges, ensuring superior thermal insulation and durability. The design includes annealed and tempered glass types, contributing to enhanced energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
As part of the One Window One Tree initiative, 950 trees were planted in connection with this project, underscoring its commitment to environmental responsibility.
