Comly Commons, located at 1825 E Boston St, Philadelphia, PA, is a mid-rise multifamily residential building that underwent a retrofit in 2023 to improve energy efficiency, comfort, and long-term durability. The renovation was designed to enhance overall performance while providing high-quality living spaces for residents.

The building was upgraded with INTUS double-glazed tempered windows featuring 22mm and 24mm glazing and stuck-on grids, installed using mounting brackets and aluminum flanges.
