Crescent Crossing Phase 1C, located at 635 Waterview Ave in Bridgeport, CT, is a mid-rise affordable housing development built to Passive House standards. The project is part of a larger revitalization effort and emphasizes high energy efficiency, sustainability, and resident comfort.
The building is equipped with INTUS triple-glazed annealed and tempered windows featuring 48mm glazing, installed using mounting brackets and aluminum L-angles. These high-performance window systems ensure excellent thermal insulation, air-tightness (0.1 cfm/ft²), and sound control (STC 34 / OITC 26), contributing to lower energy costs and a quieter, more comfortable indoor environment.
