Crosby Hill
Crosby Hill, located at 517 N Shipley St in Wilmington, DE, is an 11-story high-rise residential development offering 203 modern units. The building features studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with upscale interiors, including stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops.
To enhance energy efficiency and interior comfort, the project incorporates INTUS Supera double-pane fixed and awning windows with 22mm tempered glass and SunGuard® low-E coatings. Installed using a receptor system and mounting brackets, these windows support the project's thermal performance and design integrity.
