David Prouty High School

Located at 302 Main St, Spencer, MA, David Prouty High School is a mid-rise institutional facility designed with a strong focus on sustainability, performance, and occupant comfort. As part of its modernization efforts, the school was outfitted with INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows, contributing to both energy efficiency and sound insulation in learning spaces.

These high-performance windows feature laminated glass, 42mm glazing, and were installed using mounting brackets, aluminum sills, and brick extensions. With a U-value of 0.16, low SHGC (0.19), and STC 35 / OITC 27 sound ratings, the system helps reduce energy consumption and outside noise – enhancing indoor comfort for students and staff.
