The project integrates INTUS Windows with double and triple glass configurations featuring 24mm and 42mm annealed and tempered glazing. These energy-efficient commercial windows offer superior thermal insulation, acoustic performance (STC 34 / OITC 28), and a low U-value of 0.16, contributing to enhanced indoor comfort and operational savings. Installed with mounting brackets and aluminum flanges, the window systems are engineered for lasting performance in the diverse regional climate, supporting the hotel’s quiet, comfortable interior and modern sustainability standards.
