Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments
Edith Spurlock Sampson Apartments, located at 2700 N Sheffield Ave in Chicago, IL, is a multifamily renovation project completed in 2023. As part of this retrofit effort, the building was upgraded to improve overall performance, energy efficiency, and long-term functionality.
To support these goals, the property was outfitted with INTUS double-glazed tempered windows featuring 24mm glazing and ClimaGuard® Low-E coating. These high-performance window systems were selected for their thermal efficiency and durability, making them a reliable solution for urban residential retrofits.
The project demonstrates INTUS Windows’ ongoing contribution to sustainable and performance-driven building upgrades.
