The Edwin Hotel

The Edwin Hotel in Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a five-story, 90-room hospitality project and the area’s first luxury boutique hotel. It is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, designed to deliver high-end guest experiences while reflecting local heritage.

The project features INTUS Arcade double-pane, steel-reinforced polymer fixed windows, offering high thermal performance, acoustic comfort, and durability. These windows provide expansive views of the Bluff View Art District and waterfront, while supporting energy efficiency goals in a demanding hospitality environment.

As a key addition to downtown Chattanooga, the hotel includes the region’s first rooftop bar, The Whiskey Thief, with panoramic city views and a focus on Tennessee spirits. The Edwin Hotel illustrates how modern hospitality design integrates performance-driven building components to enhance comfort, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
