Jesup Memorial Library

ABOUT PROJECT

The Jesup Memorial Library, located at 34 Mt Desert St, Bar Harbor, ME, is a low-rise institutional building that underwent a high-performance window upgrade to improve sustainability and interior comfort.

Outfitted with INTUS double-glazed windows featuring annealed and tempered glass, the project focused on maximizing energy performance and acoustic efficiency. Installed using mounting brackets, the system delivers excellent thermal insulation (U-value 0.25) and noise reduction (STC 32 / OITC 26), enhancing the visitor and staff experience in this community library.
