The JJ Carroll Redevelopment, located at 130 Chestnut Hill Ave in Brighton, MA, is a state-of-the-art mid-rise senior living facility designed to promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and resident well-being. Outfitted with INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows in 42mm and 44mm glazing thicknesses, this project delivers exceptional thermal insulation and acoustic performance.

Installed using aluminum L-angle and flange systems, these high-performance windows offer strong environmental protection, including air infiltration of just 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance of 10.03 psf, and design pressure ratings of ±50.13 psf. With STC 39 / OITC 31 sound ratings, residents enjoy a peaceful, quiet indoor environment.
