Meritus Medical School Apartments

Meritus Medical School Apartments is a mid-rise student housing development located at 1500 Mt Aetna Road in Hagerstown, Maryland. The project incorporates INTUS high-performance window systems engineered for energy efficiency, acoustic insulation, and lasting durability in institutional residential settings.

The building features double-glazed annealed and tempered glass units with 24mm thickness. The window system provides a U-value of 0.26, Solar Heat Gain Coefficient (SHGC) of 0.24, and visible transmittance of 0.60. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², with water penetration resistance of 7.52 psf and design pressure of ±50.13 psf.

Acoustic performance is STC 34 / OITC 30. The windows were installed using aluminum flanges.
