Miramar
Miramar is a contemporary high-rise multi-family development located in New York City, featuring high-performance INTUS window systems tailored for urban living. The project incorporates energy-efficient glazing with a U-value of 0.25 and SHGC of 0.13, delivering superior thermal performance, enhanced occupant comfort, and reduced energy consumption.
Designed to meet the demands of a high-rise environment, the windows achieve excellent air, water, structural, and acoustic performance (STC 42 / OITC 35). With thoughtfully integrated solutions including ADA-compliant hardware, NYC DOH–approved limiters, and custom aluminum sills, Miramar showcases INTUS Windows’ commitment to durability, sustainability, and refined architectural design.
