MSOE Hermann Viets Tower

The MSOE Hermann Viets Tower, located at 1121 N Milwaukee St in Milwaukee, WI, is a high-rise student housing facility that underwent a comprehensive retrofit in 2021. The project focused on enhancing energy efficiency, improving thermal performance, and ensuring long-term durability for its residents.

As part of the renovation, the building was equipped with INTUS double-glazed tempered windows featuring 24mm glazing. These high-performance windows were chosen for their superior thermal insulation, sound performance, and energy efficiency, making them ideal for a high-rise student housing environment.
