Rocky Neck Village
Rocky Neck Village, located at 277 W Main St in East Lyme, CT, is an affordable multi-family Passive House development completed in 2021. The project comprises 50 three-bedroom two-story townhouses and 6 ADA-compliant one-story townhouses.
The development features INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows with 42mm glazing, installed using mounting brackets. These high-performance windows provide superior thermal insulation, low air infiltration (0.1 cfm/ft²), and sound performance (STC 33 / OITC 26), contributing to the building's energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
