ABOUT PROJECT
Saint Joseph's University Student Residence Hall

Saint Joseph’s University Student Residence Hall is a mid-rise student housing development located at 5800 City Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The project features INTUS high-performance window systems engineered to support energy efficiency, acoustic control, and long-term reliability.

The windows are double-glazed with 28mm and 30mm thick annealed and tempered glass. Additional options include ceramic enamel and frosted finishes. Performance metrics include a U-value of 0.26, SHGC of 0.17, and visible transmittance of 0.36. The system provides air infiltration of 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance of 10.03 psf, and a design pressure rating of ±50.13 psf.

Acoustic performance reaches STC 37 / OITC 31. Windows are installed using aluminum L-angles for secure and efficient mounting.
