Sergeant House

Sergeant House, located at 82 Bridge Street in Northampton, MA, is a low-rise multifamily building that underwent a retrofit in 2020 to improve energy performance and modernize the building envelope. The renovation focused on enhancing thermal efficiency, sound control, and long-term comfort for residents.

As part of the upgrade, the building was fitted with INTUS triple-glazed tempered windows featuring 42mm glazing and installed using mounting brackets. These high-performance window systems contribute to superior insulation, reduced noise infiltration, and energy savings – supporting a more sustainable and comfortable living environment.
