ABOUT PROJECT

The Solebury School New Residence Hall is a low-rise student housing facility located at 6832 Phillips Mill Road in New Hope, Pennsylvania. The project features INTUS high-performance window systems engineered for superior energy efficiency, acoustic control, and long-term durability.

The fenestration includes both double and triple glazing, with glass thicknesses of 41.52mm and 44mm. Annealed and tempered glass types are used, with laminated options for added strength and sound control. The system delivers an air infiltration rating of 0.1 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance of 6.06 psf, and a design pressure of ±40.1 psf.

Acoustic performance is rated at STC 45 / OITC 36, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for residential living. All units are installed using aluminum flanges to ensure a secure, weather-tight fit within the building envelope.
