Southbridge Development (B3 and B4)

Southbridge Development (B3 and B4) is a six-story mixed-use residential project located at 2310 S State St in Chicago, IL. Completed in 2021, this Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) offers 103 apartments that blend affordable and market-rate housing in a sustainably built environment.

The development features high-performance INTUS double-glazed windows and hinged doors with premium low-E coatings and tempered/annealed glass. These products deliver strong thermal insulation (U-value 0.26), solar control (SHGC 0.28), and sound performance (STC 32 / OITC 26), supporting both energy efficiency and occupant comfort.
