The project incorporates INTUS high-performance window systems engineered for long-term durability, thermal efficiency, and acoustic comfort in dense residential environments.
The fenestration features 22mm and 24mm thick double-glazed tempered glass with ceramic enamel finish options. The system achieves a U-value of 0.25, SHGC of 0.12, and visible transmittance of 0.42. Air infiltration is limited to 0.06 cfm/ft², water penetration resistance reaches 12.11 psf, and design pressure is rated at ±70.18 psf.
With acoustic ratings of STC 35 / OITC 29, the windows support a quieter and more comfortable living environment. All units are installed using mounting brackets for reliable and secure installation.
