The dual-branded Tetra Marriott Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale, CA, offer a place to recharge in the heart of the high-tech hub. Both hotels feature INTUS Arcade double-pane, steel-reinforced polymer fixed windows and storefront systems, contributing to the buildings’ pursuit of LEED certification.

This 200,000 SF, eight-story contemporary development will provide 350 luxury guest rooms and a wide range of amenities across a three-acre site. The two buildings are connected by a covered open-air space and a third-level podium deck that functions as an outdoor dining and lounge area. Public art will be showcased at the street level in a communal park and lounge, accessible to both hotel guests and the local community. The project supports public transportation and is designed with sustainability as a central focus.
