The Broadway

The Broadway, located at 932 Broadway in Chelsea, MA, is a mid-rise multifamily residential building that underwent a retrofit in 2020 to improve energy efficiency, thermal performance, and acoustic comfort. The renovation aimed to modernize the building envelope while extending the long-term value of the property.
