The Falls (Buildings A & B)
The Falls Buildings A & B in Wilmington, DE underwent a thoughtful renovation aimed at modernizing existing multifamily housing while preserving architectural character. The retrofit enhanced energy performance, durability, and everyday comfort for residents.
As part of the upgrades, the buildings were outfitted with INTUS double-glazed tempered windows featuring 22mm glazing and stuck-on grids, combining classic aesthetics with advanced thermal performance. These energy-efficient windows support better climate control, lower utility costs, and long-term resilience – ideal for revitalized urban housing.
