The Hamilton Apartments

The Hamilton Apartments was inspired by the growing trend toward living more sensibly, more sustainably, and sharing community spaces while using every inch of living space smartly. “Tiny houses and smaller footprints.”  

Located in Logan Square in Philadelphia, the hustle and bustle of the city stays out with INTUS Arcade steel reinforced polymer tilt windows and hinged doors with a sound rating of STC 31/OITC 26 for fixed windows, and STC 32/OITC 25 for hopper windows. Peace and quiet is especially important since The Hamilton houses students from the Community College of Philadelphia campus.
