This development features INTUS double-glazed annealed windows with ClimaGuard® Low-E coating, contributing to improved energy efficiency, thermal comfort, and a healthier living environment for its senior residents. As part of its sustainability efforts, 922 trees were planted under the One Window One Tree initiative.
