The Platform
Located at 1 Chestnut St, Norwalk, CT, this mid-rise multi-family building, completed in 2021, combines modern living with high energy performance. Outfitted with 24mm ClimaGuard® Low-E double-pane annealed and tempered glass, the project achieves a U-value of 0.25, SHGC 0.2, and visual transmittance of 0.61. Its precision installation using mounting brackets and aluminum flanges ensures durability, while STC 37 / OITC 30 sound ratings provide excellent acoustic comfort.
