The Trinity – 1080 Washington Avenue, located in the Bronx, NY, is a LEED Platinum and Energy Star-certified high-rise senior living facility completed in 2020. This sustainable development features INTUS Windows high-performance double- and triple-glazed tempered windows, designed to deliver superior thermal and acoustic performance.

With glazing thicknesses of 22mm and 42mm, the window systems achieve outstanding energy efficiency — featuring a U-value of 0.15, SHGC of 0.13, and visible transmittance of 0.59. Installed using mounting brackets, these energy-efficient windows enhance insulation, promote natural daylight, and provide sound performance rated at STC 39 / OITC 31, creating a quiet, comfortable environment for senior residents.
