ABOUT PROJECT
The Wellington
The Wellington is a six-story, mixed-income residential building in Saint John, New Brunswick, completed in 2022. As Atlantic Canada’s first Passive House-certified affordable housing project, it includes 47 units - 24 affordable and 23 market-rate - built to the highest energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
Certified LEED Gold and PHIUS, the project features high-performance design, universal accessibility, and strong community integration through its central location and inclusive amenities.
