Uniq Lofts - Building 2
Completed in 2023, Uniq Lofts – Building 2 in Newark, NJ is a modernized mid-rise residential building that underwent a retrofit focused on improving energy efficiency, durability, and indoor comfort. As part of this transformation, the property was upgraded with INTUS high-performance windows, designed to deliver superior thermal insulation, sound control, and airtight performance.
Installed using durable aluminum flanges, these advanced window systems help reduce energy usage while maintaining a stable and quiet indoor environment. The project showcases how INTUS products support long-term sustainability goals and contribute to elevated living standards in urban multifamily housing.
