UT Arlington Maverick Hall
UT Arlington Maverick Hall is a mid-rise student housing development located at 912 UTA Boulevard in Arlington, Texas. The building incorporates INTUS energy-efficient window systems designed to support thermal performance, acoustic comfort, and long-term durability in residential applications.
The windows are double-glazed with 22mm and 24mm thick annealed and tempered glass. System performance includes a U-value of 0.26, SHGC of 0.14, and visible transmittance of 0.41. Air infiltration is rated at 0.1 cfm/ft², with water penetration resistance of 9.19 psf and design pressure of ±60.15 psf.
Acoustic performance reaches STC 33 / OITC 28. Windows are installed using mounting brackets
