Washington Avenue Residence, located at 972 Washington Avenue in the Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx, NY, is a 12-story affordable and supportive housing development completed in 2021. Developed by the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health, the building comprises 107 units, including 82 studios and 24 two-bedroom apartments, designed to serve low-income individuals and families, including those with a history of mental illness or homelessness .​
