Way Finders Headquarters & Housing Center

Completed in 2020, the Way Finders Headquarters & Housing Center at 1776 Main Street in Springfield, MA, serves as the central hub for one of western Massachusetts' leading nonprofit organizations focused on affordable housing and community development. The modernized, multi-purpose facility combines administrative offices, client service areas, and resident support functions in a thoughtfully renovated structure.

As part of the retrofit project, the building was upgraded with INTUS double-glazed laminated windows featuring 24mm glazing, selected for their energy efficiency, durability, and improved occupant safety. These high-performance windows provide excellent thermal insulation and sound control – ideal for institutional environments where comfort, sustainability, and operational savings are key.

This project reflects Way Finders’ mission to create strong communities through safe and stable housing, while showcasing how INTUS Windows products support impactful, future-focused renovation efforts.
